Aspen Ladd was 14 when she started to take part in combat sports. In addition to BJJ training She also took classes in boxing, wrestling, and kickboxing. Aspen started her professional career in 2015, signing to Invicta FC for her professional debut. InvictaFC 11 was her very first professional fight. Aspen dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing the 1st-round TKO. Invicta Fc16 was Aspen's first fight as a Bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar during the second round. Aspen used the superior techniques she learned from wrestling to take on McGill. She ended the fight with a the TKO (3rd round) (elbows, punches). Aspen then went on to face Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 in a catchweight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not capable of achieving the weight however Aspen took the victory and defeated Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks won by unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came on UFC Fight Night 118 when she fought Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina as she ground-and-pound beat her to a TKO win in the second round. She continued to dominate and got a bigger win when she fought Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd ended Evinger's bout after the first round. She also received the bonus for performance of night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks to win her first major fight. Ladd won the fight of the night bonus after both fighters fought hard in a tense fight back and forth. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd in just 16 seconds to end her winning streak. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's third round, lost to Randamie. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. She was defeated by a unanimous decision.
